< Sales in Japan >
| － | Led by strong sales of the all-new Impreza (launched in October 2016) and the all-new Subaru XV (launched in May 2017), passenger vehicle sales posted a June record for the first time in 22 years. |
| － | Mini vehicle sales increased year-on-year, led by the all-new Chiffon launched in December 2016. |

| － | While demand for the Forester remained strong especially in North America, exports from Japan decreased year-on-year, as production of the Impreza for North America was moved from Japan to the U.S. and the Levorg and WRX models were at their model change timing. |
