FHI Announces Changes in Organization and Executive Responsibility
(Effective October 1, 2016)
Tokyo, September 30, 2016 - Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI) announces the following changes in its organization and executive responsibility which will take effect on October 1, 2016.
FHI integrates its Industrial Products Company with the Subaru automotive business. The objective is to enhance FHI’s core automotive business by utilizing resources of the Industrial Products business in an effective and flexible manner.
< Industrial Products Division, Subaru Automotive Business > Industrial Products Division will be established* as part of the Subaru automotive business organization. (* The scope of business and names of departments remain unchanged.)
The Industrial Products Division provides a global lineup of general-purpose engines for use in construction, industrial, and agricultural equipment as well as generators, floodlights, and pumps to support people’s day-to-day lives and leisure activities.
