Back in the race after three years and in its 15th year of participation since its first entry in 2008*2, Subaru will compete again in the SP3T class for cars with turbocharged engines of up to 2 liters displacement with the SUBARU WRX STI NBR CHALLENGE 2022, aiming for its seventh win in this class.
The track is said to be the toughest in the world with a total length of 25km, a 300m difference in elevation and ever-changing weather conditions. In order for the drivers to drive fast and control the car as they wish on such a challenging track, while taking advantage of the basic layout of the horizontally opposed engine and symmetrical AWD, the following performances of the car have been enhanced from current race car.
