Net sales by business segment of Automobile and Aerospace increased.
Sales from the Aerospace Division, including sales of AH-64D for ministry of defense, increased. In the commercial sector, orders from Boeing continued to increase, including increased orders of Boeing 777, etc. The manufacturing of main wings for the Eclipse 500 light business jet and H4000 also went well.
Meanwhile, sales from the Industrial Products Division decreased, mainly due to the sale of Fuji Robin Industries Ltd.
Sales from the Other segment also decreased due to decrease in sales of environmental facilities as a result of selection and concentration that aimed at improving asset efficiency in the Eco-Technology Company.
