- Domestic production increased year-on-year led by strong demand for the Impreza series and the Forester in North America.
- Overseas production decreased year-on-year due to production startups of the all-new Legacy and Outback models.

- Passenger car sales decreased year-on-year as the Forester and other model sales declined.
- Mini vehicle sales decreased year-on-year due to a decline in the Stella and other minicar sales.
< Exports >
- Exports from Japan increased year-on-year led by strong demand for the Impreza series and the Forester in North America.

- Japan sales decreased year-on-year as strong sales of the Forester, Impreza series and Stella minicar in the January-March period did not make up for the April-June period decline following the consumption tax hike.

- Exports from Japan increased year-on-year led by strong sales in North America as well as high demand for the Forester in other overseas markets.
