3. Impact on the performance forecast
An extraordinary loss will be total \7.4 billion yen as a result of \6.9 billion in premium retirement benefits and \0.5 billion in reemployment support expenses associated with the implementation of the voluntary retirement program. This amount is included in the performance forecasts for FYE March 31, 2006 stated in the reference of the interim financial results announced on November 8, 2005.
